Citizens Advice Westminster provide free, confidential advice on anything from debt and benefits to family, immigration and housing and campaigns to improve the systems and laws which impact people’s lives. We operate across Westminster, on the phone and online.

Asylum Aid provides information and advice to those for whom English is not their first language. Our advisers speak community languages and focus on supporting migrants and vulnerable communities.

Groundwork deliver the Green Doctors Westminster Home Energy service, providing home visits to Westminster residents to help individuals and families save money on their energy bills and improve their living conditions.

DeafPlus provides advice to residents who are deaf and hard of hearing by offering deaf friendly advice at venues in Westminster, to ensure that they have access to the support and resources they need to live a full and independent life.
What help can you expect?
- We can help with a wide range of issues including money worries, housing or homelessness, employment, energy bills and energy use, immigration or family matters.
- We will support you to access resources you are entitled to and help you navigate online systems, as well as making sure you understand what your responsibilities are.
- Where we can’t help, we will make sure you are signposted to services who can. We offer a casework service to people who need it most and we can provide advice in community languages.
- We offer both open access services and a number of specialist services for vulnerable people, including those who are older, disabled, at risk of homelessness, asylum seekers and refugees and families. We also provide a licensing service to individuals and groups who affected by licensing applications in Westminster. These services are provided at Council and voluntary sector venues across Westminster.
Who can get help?
Anyone living in Westminster, or placed by Westminster Council in temporary accommodation outside the borough, or anyone who is homeless who no connections to other boroughs
